Quick Party Hor' dourves

Most of us who plan parties like to have every detail worked out in advance. You know who you are. The avid list makers, the post it note fanatics, and the blackberry addicts. We like to know the where, the when, and the how well in advance.
But there are times when an impromptu party arises, or an unannounced family gathering is taking place tonight and you need to bring a dish that looks like you spent all day in the kitchen yet without the fuss.

I have some ideas for you.
*Use what's in your pantry
*Take your favorite sandwich meat and cheese and roll together. Cut in half and stick a toothpick in them.
*Brownie Mix is quick and simple. Put the brownies under a fan to cool faster, and place the brownies in a covered dish.
*Mix 1 cup of Real Mayonnaise, 1 cup of cottage cheese, and one pack of Ranch dip mix and you have a tasty homemade dip. Serve with chips or raw veggies.
*Mix shredded chicken and cream cheese together to put on subs. Cut the sandwiches in half and voila, an instant finger food.
*Put pimento cheese on bite size celery sticks.
*Take bread sticks and wrap in prosciutto. Follow baking instructions.
*Cut pieces of ham and cheese into cubes and place together on a toothpick.

Try these quick treats for your next spontaneous get together.
