Recipe: Smoked Pork Loin

                         

Over this past weekend Kevin smoked a pork tenderloin, and it was divine. We made Pioneer Woman's corn casserole (minus the jalapeños) and some Bush's Baked Beans. It was a hardy, delicious, home cooked meal. 

Ingredients for pork tenderloin:
1tsp Chili power
1tsp Garlic powder
2tbs Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cumin
1tbs Salt
1tbsPepper
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 
Directions:
Mix the ingredients above and rub liberally all over the pork loin. 

Smoke until the internal temperature is 160 degrees. 

Remove from the smoker and cover with foil.  Let  the meat rest for 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
