One of my all time favorite pies is lemon pie. It is the easiest and most delicious dessert to make.

Ingredients:
Deep Dish Pie Crust
Jello Lemon Pie Filling (cook and serve)
Cool Whip
Directions:
Follow the cooking directions for the Pie Crust. It needs to be completely cooked to a golden brown. Let cool.
Follow the cooking instructions on the Jello Lemon Pie Filling. Immediately pour the filling into the cooled pie shell. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let set. This usually takes a couple of hours.
Once the pie filling is firm place the entire container of Cool Whip on top of the lemon filling. Cut and serve.
