Pasta Florentine Made Easy

Everyone in my family loves Pasta Florentine, but it is so time consuming to make. So, I tried a trick. By not filling the pasta shells I save time without sacrificing the taste we love.

Ingredients:
10 oz. of chopped frozen spinach (drain well)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp Mozzarella cheese (set aside to cover top)
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 large egg
1 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
13 oz of your favorite spaghetti sauce
6 oz of small pasta shells (cook according to directions)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Cook for 30 minutes
